Ski Weekend
Visit Lofoten Ski Lodge for a weekend with ski touring, great food, and waterfront lodging.
With your own private guide we will customize an itinerary to the groups experience, skill level, and ambitions. The back country of the Lofoten islands has a lot of skiing to offer on all levels. This is our backyard and our IFMGA certified guides know exactly where to go depending on weather, snow and avalanche conditions. Imagine seeing a sea eagle for breakfast, skiing pow for lunch and looking at the northern light for dinner! Meet other “like–minded” skiers at the Ski Lodge and enjoy lovely food after a long day in the mountains.
Ski Season
February
Daylight - From 5.5 hours to 9.5 hours of daylight. This is a great time to ski in Lofoten. Colder winter snowpack is the norm and lots of Northern Lights on the menu.
March
Daylight - From 9.5 to 13.5 hours of daylight. Our favorite month of the year. Lots of cod in the ocean and new snow in the mountains. Everything you could ask for in a Lofoten Ski Vacation.
April
Daylight - From 13.5 to 18 hours of daylight. Stable spring snowpack with some new snow sprinkled on top. Long days and full seasons snowpack allow for great ski touring in April.
May
Daylight - From 18 to 24 hours of daylight. Spring slush skiing from the summits. Great time for stable weather and snow in Lofoten.
